The TREIA West subgroup is a resource for real estate investors located in the western Triangle area (Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties).  Meeting topics vary by month and will be announced in advance.  Join us for an evening of networking, sharing deals/resources, learning new investing techniques, hearing business development updates from various county, city, and business planners, and building partnerships to encourage your success in real estate investing.

Our lead speaker for our January 2012 meeting is Steve Huber from Pinnacle Funding in Durham.  Steve will discuss the current state of the mortgage market and what is new for investors in 2012.  Bring your questions to the meeting as we are leaving time for Q&A!

Steve has been in the mortgage business for nine years, is investor focused, and a licensed broker with access to unique products such as rehab loans, cashouts, 10 financed properties, and delayed financing cashouts.

Come to the meeting with your best success/failure story for 2011!  Be sure your story is at most two minutes in length, and includes the lesson that you learned and wish to share with the group.  We will spend time sharing these valuable lessons with each other during our meeting.
