This month we will have a guest speaker
who comes to us from Lowes Hardware Contractor Sales.
We will learn about the new MYLOWES.COM website where we can order online and keep records of all of our preferences and transactions. In addition we will have our usual networking and “who’s got what” segments of the meeting.

TREIA Mission Statement

The mission of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) is to provide education, training, services and opportunities for both the novice and experienced real estate investor, while promoting high standards of ethics and a positive influence in our community.

Note: A portion of TREIA receipts is used for lobbying efforts for/against laws that affect real estate investing. According to the Internal Revenue Code, lobbying and political campaign expenses that are paid with member dues are not deductible. Because of this, we must notify you as to what portion of your dues cannot be deducted as a business expense. In January of each year, you will be notified of the percentage of your dues that cannot be deducted.
