What others in TREIA are saying about Peter:

Mack Davis:

Peter Fortunato is my FAVORITE national speaker. I have been to hear Pete with Dyches Boddiford in Atlanta in a self-directed retirement account seminar and at a “Deal Making” seminar in Tampa. He is, without a doubt, the most creative dealmaker that I have ever heard; I’d pay twice that amount to hear Pete in Raleigh

Kathie Baker:

Dear Fellow TREIA Members,

We have been attending Peter Fortunato’s seminars in FL for over 20 years. The expense for us to attend including transportation, hotel, meals, (petsitter) and the cost of seminar usually amounted to over $1000.  Even at this cost it has always been money well invested (with unlimited returns!) to “get a sip” of the ocean of knowledge, experience, & creativity Pete has to share.  At the minimal cost of $249/$299 to get to see Pete locally, this is an opportunity for anyone interested in any type of real estate investing should not pass up.

Andy Standen:

Pete Fortunato is the ultimate real estate deal structuring expert. Pete also has a knack for teaching others the “how’s” and “why’s” such that students can take the information and apply it immediately. I have attended three Pete Fortunato seminars in the past two years, and am committed to attend at least one each year because I am always able to add to my deal making tool kit. “Deals are created, not found” is one of Pete’s mantras.

Creating value by good deal structuring is the critical part of earning wealth in the real estate business. Pete is accessible, friendly and creative. Time spent with Pete is always well invested.

PETER FORTUNATO-BIO

Peter is a libertarian and a capitalist. He believes that transactions which you can be proud of result from carefully conceived goals and plans followed by purposeful actions and scrupulous documentation.

Upon graduating from high school in 1965, Peter went right into the real estate business. His motivation was his desire to be self-employed.  Pete says “Everyone who knew me believed that I was unemployable. They were right. I still am!”

Peter was excited about being free to build his business and his future. He attended seminars and read at every opportunity. He sought out and learned from many mentors and benefited from the example and counsel of his father who encouraged him and supported him from the beginning.

Pete finished college with a clientele and an investment portfolio. By 1975 his investment income had eliminated his need for fees from clients to fund his lifestyle.

A group of fellow real estate investors and I drove to Atlanta one weekend not too long ago to see Pete Fortunato and I am glad I took the time, spent the money and sat and listened. This guy is the real deal. He teaches you to think more creatively (ok, “outside the box”) as there are *many* ways to put together a deal. Pete will surprise and amaze you with some very unique ways of putting together a real estate transaction when you thought “this will *never* work.” Use some of his methods to turn something you thought could/would *never* work into something profitable for *everyone.”
