The TREIA West subgroup is a resource for real estate investors located in the western Triangle area (Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties).  Meeting topics vary by month and will be announced in advance.  Join us for an evening of networking, sharing deals/resources, learning new investing techniques, hearing business development updates from various county, city, and business planners, and building partnerships to encourage your success in real estate investing.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Liz is responsible for short and long range physical planning, business development and operational management.  Liz serves on the Executive Committee of the Research Triangle Park Owners and Tenants Association.  Liz will be updating us on what is happening in The Research Triangle Park:  What is changing, who is growing, who is shrinking, who is leaving, who is coming in, plans for the future.

Our second speaker is our own Tiffany Elder.  Tiffany will be presenting tips on picking a neighborhood to invest in, budgeting your rehab to that neighborhood, new materials and when to use them.  Come pick up some tips that might launch your investments in 2012.

Finally we will hear from a service provider we thought you might want to know about, Steve Roper whose company provides a junk hauling service, among other things.
