Individuals often think of crime prevention when securing their home.  Often however, people overlook crime prevention when examining their place of employment and/or business.  Just as with a residence, businesses can take simple steps to ensure the safety of their employees, as well as protect property on site.  Simple, cost-effective measures such as restricting access to offices, drafting an emergency plan and improving the landscape of the work environment will greatly raise the level of security at a place of business.  Though security versus customer service can be a delicate balance, improving security can create a more inviting atmosphere for customers.  During the presentation by the Raleigh Police Department, these topics and others will be addressed, all centered at improving security through environmental design.  The officer attending the meeting will also be eager to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding this topic.

Tattletale Alarms:  Daniel EasterThis is the first transportable cellular security system with high performance wireless sensors as a DIY whenever and wherever you want protection.

“We sleep as much as crime. Never.”

tattletale™ believes in right-sided business and that means treating you like you’re always brand new. Say goodbye to auto-renewals and long term contracts. We ask permission to tattle, every year. You choose your duration of monitoring (by the month or purchase a bundle of time); and if you have a job wrap up early, bank the leftover time for your next job.

And the moment someone tries to steal something from your site is the moment we live for. Here’s how it’ll play out… the thief triggers the alarm (he should know better with a tattletale™ sign), the base unit makes the call in .6 seconds, the signal is received by tattletale™ dispatch at one of our certified locations, who then call whomever you’ve designated – you, the police, both? We can even monitor for smoke or temperature change, which triggers an instant call for a fire dispatch.

And the best part of Tattling is that we never rest; 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you’re protected.

Guardian Fire & Safety, LLC

Knowledge of fire and life safety issues has become an increasingly important concern for both private and commercial interests.  Guardian Fire and Safety (GFS) was created as a response to the growing need for a full service life safety provider.  Jim’s twenty years of experience in the commercial construction industry uniquely equipped him to offer effective solutions to this market.

The fire and safety industry is fighting hard to change building codes, improve residential and commercial living conditions, and mandate reform.  Guardian Fire and Safety is working with owners and managers throughout North Carolina in order to teach, train, and facilitate the proper use of fire equipment. GFS also informs its customers of safety codes and regulations which help them avoid unnecessary law suits and most importantly, protect lives.

GFS sells, services, maintains, and trains for the use of fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, suppression systems, smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms, along with 150 other life safety products. GFS is positioned to annually service over 10,000 customers in NC with trained employees in emergency management.  GSF’s most ambitious project to date is a 20,000 square foot facility that discharges a fire extinguisher every few weeks!
