New Investor Subgroup

This group is focused on new real estate investors.  There are many areas of real estate investing and this group will discuss the pros and cons many different areas.  This is a great way to help you start investing and to learn what area is best for you.

August Meeting will start with sandwiches around 6.

6:30 we’ll begin taking questions regarding our General Meeting (it is our intention to have this group meeting on the Thursdays following the general meeting)….we’ve found that many of the new investors sit in the General Meeting, especially during the “Who’s Got What” session at the beginning and wonder exactly what it was the investor has available or is looking for.  We’ll follow with discussion on the Speaker’s Topic for those that did not follow it fully.  We will not go beyond what is discussed at the General Meeting as the Speakers will be coming back on August 27th for an all day Speaking Engagement for those TREIA Members interested in attending.  The topic is going to be on wholeselling.  Please take copious notes at the meeting….we’ll all learn from this interaction.

It is our goal, for the Newer Investors, to create an environment you’ll feel most comfortable asking questions and not feel intimidated.

This Sub-Group is for those members with less than a year or so exposure to Real Estate Investing.  It is not to replace the In-Depth Educational Opportunities you will be exposed to, for those are where you will receive the more advanced training:  watch the calendar for Aug. 27; Sept 16; Oct. 29; Nov. 12; and Dec. 3.  You will not want to miss these dates as they will be Learning Opportunities you cannot afford to miss.

Around 7:30 to 8, we’ll go through a power point presentation on some basics of Real Estate for that that want to stay and have not seen the power point before.

Please bring business cards to exchange and paper and pen to take notes.
