New Investor Subgroup!

By

New Investors Subgroup, join us if you are new,

or “new-ish” to Real Estate Investing!

This group is focused on the New Real Estate Investor.  There are many areas of real estate investing and this group will discuss the pros and cons of the many different areas therein.  This is a great networking opportunity and learning means to your start.

                       May 17, 2012  6-9                                                             REGISTER HERE!

We’ll begin with dinner (provided) around 6 PM and move directly into your introductions and Q & A you may have about the General Meeting (it is our intention to have this group meeting on the Thursdays following the general meetings).

This Sub-Group is for those members with less than a year or so exposure to Real Estate Investing.  It is not to replace the In-Depth Educational Opportunities you will be exposed to, for those are where you will receive the more advanced trainings you will need, without debate.

Around 7:30 to 8, we’ll go through a power point presentation on some basics of Real Estate and allow for all the questions you want to get in.

This is all about you and your comfort from 6 to 9:45.  Please bring business cards to exchange and paper and pen to take notes.

NOTE:  Please register right away as the cost to attend goes up 24 hours prior to the event.

PS…Yep, you read it, dinner is provided!
