Ladies-Only Real Estate Investing Seminar “Top 100 Networking Tips”

Networking is the number one way to get a business off the ground, according to nationally known speaker Larry Ledford. Ledford will be presenting his “Top 100 Networking Tips” workshop for the women investors in TREIA.

The seminar will be  Saturday, January 21, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at the Wake Tech Western Wake Campus, Room 118, 3434 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27518. The Wake Tech Western Wake Campus is in the Millpond Village Shopping Center, at the corner of Kildaire Farm Road and Ten-Ten.

Larry Ledford who calls himself a “Man on a Mission” says, “In my career, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the most influential business and political leaders in the world. These meetings never would have occurred had it not been for other people that I know who helped me open doors.”

“When I am asked ‘What business are you in?’ my typical response is that, ‘I am in the relationship building business.’ It is my goal in life to build as large a professional and personal network as I can. It should be your goal as well.”

We hope to see all the ladies come out for this one! REGISTER HERE

Some of the guys at the TREIA South group, including speaker Larry Williams, said Larry Ledford was their hero. Mr. Ledford evidently has made over 7 million dollars for himself and his investors (each) in a single year by networking. They say he never picks up a hammer. There was some talk of wearing skirts so the men could come to hear Larry Ledford. :-)

Note: A portion of TREIA receipts is used for lobbying efforts for/against laws that affect real estate investing. According to the Internal Revenue Code, lobbying and political campaign expenses that are paid with member dues are not deductible. Because of this, we must notify you as to what portion of your dues cannot be deducted as a business expense. In January of each year, you will be notified of the percentage of your dues that cannot be deducted.
