Advanced Investors – NEW LOCATION!

investor_relations-hand.jpg The purpose of this group is for advanced investors who have completed a minimum of 5 real estate investment transactions to network; share information; ideas; and strategize on deal making. The truth is, if you’ve completed 5 transactions, you’ve had extensive interaction in the business to get them completed, typically. With that said, this group is designed for those Investors that have advanced education and experience and able to actively contribute. This group is for TREIA members only.

           This Month we have a couple special activities:

  1. Deal Structuring: MORE examples of how to partner on deals without the mess of partnerships.
  2. As always: Who’s Got What – Share your newest opportunity
  3. Networking

TREIA Mission Statement

The mission of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) is to provide education, training, services and opportunities for both the novice and experienced real estate investor, while promoting high standards of ethics and a positive influence in our community.

Note: A portion of TREIA receipts is used for lobbying efforts for/against laws that affect real estate investing. According to the Internal Revenue Code, lobbying and political campaign expenses that are paid with member dues are not deductible. Because of this, we must notify you as to what portion of your dues cannot be deducted as a business expense. In January of each year, you will be notified of the percentage of your dues that cannot be deducted.
