The Realtor’s Role

The March meeting of TREIA South will feature a panel of real estate agents,

representing different areas of the Triangle. They will answer such questions as:

- Why use a Realtor?
- Pros and cons of “doing it yourself”
- How can a Realtor help in acquiring properties?
- How can a Realtor help you sell your properties?
- Should you get a real estate license?

Plus, we will take a look at the changes on the new NC Offer To Purchase form, especially the new “Due Diligence” clause. And some tips and strategies for getting your offers on bank-owned and other properties accepted
