TREIA Sub-Group Meetings

TREIA Sub-Groups meet monthly outside of the regular TREIA Monthly Membership Meeting for the purpose of education and networking. They are led by authorized facilitators and are focused on a topical issue of interest. They are free and open to all members as an additional benefit of membership.

The purpose of this group is to educate its members about the use of rehab as a strategy in real estate investment. The focus is on how to create value using rehab. This covers selecting properties, estimating repairs, selecting contractors, making repairs, and controlling expenses. It also covers refinements within the framework of the investor strategy for the property, e.g., buy and hold, fix and flip, and wholesaling. The support areas of marketing, sales, and finance are discussed as they relate directly to rehab.

focused on new real estate investors. There are many areas of real estate
investing and this group will discuss the pros and cons many different
areas. This is a great way to help you start investing and to learn what

Description
This group is
intended for experienced, advanced investors who have completed a minimum of
5 real estate investment transactions. Intended to share information, ideas,
deals and to network during a lunchtime meeting. In order to join the group,
the investor must complete the application for this subgroup. The leader
will then review it and if necessary, speak to the applicant. Otherwise,
they’re admitted without a problem. Join the Advanced Investors Subgroup to
