At our next meeting we will discuss the issues involved in working with contractors, handymen, tradesmen and home inspectors.

Our speaker is Chuck Jurgens – a licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector.

He will explain -

• Things to do BEFORE buying a property
• Dirty little secrets Contractors & Inspectors don’t want you to know
• Rehab costs
• Minimizing your costs and headaches

There will be plenty of time for questions so bring all of your questions and see if you can STUMP THE CONTRACTOR.
