  • Dec 2007:       Bought SFH on 2.5 acres in Wake Forest
  • June 2008:     Bought and rehabbed 3 Single Wide Mobile Homes
  • Oct 2008:        Bought a Mobile Home Park in Efland with $50k Private Money for the deposit and a $150k Bank Loan
  • Dec 2008:     Bought SFH in Lenoir
  • In 2009:        Bought and Sold 5 SFH
  • Nov 2009:    Sold 2 Lots in Wake Forest off of the 12/07 Purchase
  • In 2010:       Bought 10 and Sold 9 SFH
  • Dec 2010:    Closed on Duke St. Apartments
