Do I need to register to attend the monthly TREIA meeting?

  • We request that you pre-register for the monthly meeting on the TREIA website so that we have an accurate head count and can accommodate in advance if we need a larger room

How much does TREIA cost?

  • $15 for guests. $125 for a single membership.

Will my visitor fee be applied to my membership fee?

  • No. The membership fees are already minimal, and are therefore not discounted.

Can I bring a friend (for free) to a meeting if I’m a member?

  • No. Visitors will need to pay the $15 guest fee.

Do I need to register to attend one of the sub-group meetings?

  • We REQUEST that you pre-register on the TREIA website for ALL meetings

Can I get a list of all TREIA members so I can market my product/services to them?

  • We do not give out the member list. You can market your services in the member-only classified section of the website.

TREIA Mission Statement

The mission of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) is to provide education, training, services and opportunities for both the novice and experienced real estate investor, while promoting high standards of ethics and a positive influence in our community.

Note: A portion of TREIA receipts is used for lobbying efforts for/against laws that affect real estate investing. According to the Internal Revenue Code, lobbying and political campaign expenses that are paid with member dues are not deductible. Because of this, we must notify you as to what portion of your dues cannot be deducted as a business expense. In January of each year, you will be notified of the percentage of your dues that cannot be deducted.
