Larry has build and sold three multi-million dollar businesses and is currently President and Broker-In-Charge of Missions Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate agency that specializes in providing real estate investment opportunities to private individuals.
Larry is a sought after speaker on such topics as marketing, sales, business development, motivation, success, real estate, and personal development. He teaches internationally successful business principles to small businesses. Larry is the developer of The Personal Success Plan, a personal development tool used by thousands of insurance and real estate professionals around the world. Larry writes extensively on the topics he teaches.

We’ve had a speaker change. Kathy Vaughan is unable to make it, but I’ve booked someone fantastic – Larry Ledford. Not a woman I know, but he is a great guest. He has come to treia a couple of times and is the REAL DEAL.
Larry is a true real estate entrepreneur. He often speaks about his use of private money. He hasn’t borrowed from a bank in decades (although he does own one). He operates in several states, owns companies including a real estate brokerage and construction company. His speaking focus is on how to buy, rehab and sell properties, but he has a massive Buy and Hold portfolio as well.
One of the things I love about him is that he does everything by the book, with licensed professionals. He makes literally millions doing it. He gives a great deal of what he makes these days to charity, including everything he makes as a speaker. He doesn’t speak for the money or because he needs to; he does it because he wants to do it.
