Welcome to Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA)

There is always something happening at TREIA. A key event each month is TREIA’s General Meeting, held on the third Tuesday of every month at the North Raleigh Hilton. This meeting is attended by over a hundred members and guests, including local and national speakers of value to your investing career.

Come early to the General Meeting. You will have the opportunity to network and meet some very experienced investors. This is a great time to introduce yourself and ask questions. Many investors come to the meeting to network and meet other investors. You may even find your first deal.

Other items of interest are the Sub-Groups which happen throughout the month. These are smaller groups that meet throughout the Triangle area.

Please check the calendar regularly to view the upcoming events and seminars. Also, once you become a member of TREIA, please make sure to update your investor profile. This is a great tool to help you get recognized. It allows people to put a name with a face. You can also do searches on specific investor criteria.

A word of caution: Be aware you will meet the good and bad as you make your way into this business. Always check out the person or business that you may want to work with. TREIA relies on our members to let us know if anyone is doing business in an inappropriate way.
